2. Nature of the 1000PDF token

1000PDF is a utility token built on the Binance Smart Chain, intended for use within the 1000PDF ecosystem and its associated projects. The token does not represent any equity, debt, asset, or security, and confers no ownership, dividend, or governance rights beyond those explicitly enabled within the ecosystem.

3. No investment advice or guarantees

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. There are no guarantees of any kind regarding token price, appreciation, liquidity, or returns over any time frame. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and engaging with any token carries the risk of total loss.

4. Your responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before acquiring or using the token.
  • You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. The 1000PDF team will never ask for them.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your own jurisdiction.
  • You confirm you are of legal age and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency where you reside.

5. On-chain transactions are final

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The 1000PDF contract is deployed with ownership renounced — no party, including the team, can reverse transactions, modify balances, alter taxes, or recover mistakenly sent funds.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services such as PancakeSwap, BscScan, and Codeless Dev. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services. Use them at your own risk.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
